Being one of those folks who have in recent years been accused of 'child abuse' for not transmogrifying my house into a dead tree shrine (and myself into Martha Stewart) for the three weeks prior to December 25th, it is nice to be reminded that despite what the yokels say, the reality is that there is no crime in not celebrating a holiday in which one does not believe. Not yet, anyway. And for that, I am thankful. |
