If we can follow the flow (it's not necessary that we agree with you), and you have a clear writing style, we will probably want to publish it. We do have a few guidelines:

1. It must be your original work. As writers, we would hunt plagiarists for sport and mount their small heads on the wall.
2. The work should be of a length that takes into account the attention span of surfers, i.e. over 2500 words is pushing it. (We have a pretty good idea about this from some of the earlier articles.
3. Your submission should not be published elsewhere on the Net. We want fresh content -- not something that you feel didn't get enough exposure on another web site.

Since we are not offering to pay for content, your piece will continue to belong to you. You'll retain all the rights to it. We will be publishing it only by your permission and if you'd ever like us to remove it from these pages, we will do so. In exchange for your submission, if you have a web site you'd like us to link to, you can send us your banner and we will place it on your page. If you don't have a banner, we'll just hyperlink from the author's name.

Unquietmind does not have a list of links, nor will we. There are 50 million lists of links and a few of them (post card sites, mostly) link to us and we sincerely appreciate it. But the average surfer isn't here because they want to find out what other web sites we think are worthy. Submit your site to Newhoo or Yahoo and the search engines. If you want a link from us, write the article.
