Under Military Commissions Act of 2006, the right to challenge your unlawful imprisonment before a judge (habeas corpus) has been suspended.
While being tortured (also allowed by Military Commissions Act), you confess to whatever your interrogator wishes.
If you doubt this applies to US citizens, why has KBR been awarded a $385 million contract to construct concentration camps *inside* the US?
